Customer Claim Procedures
Platinum Cargo Logistics recognizes that claims are a source of stress and anxiety to our customers, and we are dedicated to resolving all claims as quickly as possible. In the event of a claim, please submit the claim form below. Please do not move the shipment or discard any packaging without permission from a Platinum Cargo Logistics claims representative as doing so may cause your claim to be denied.
- Please complete and submit the NOTICE OF LOSS form below with all requested attachments as soon as possible.
- Upon receipt of the submitted NOTICE OF LOSS form, a Platinum Cargo Logistics claims representative will respond within 5-7 business days. Our response will include acknowledgment of your claim and the assigned claim number which should be in the subject line of all inquiries regarding your claim.
- Platinum Cargo Logistics will do its best to resolve your claim within a reasonable amount of time once all required documentation has been received, if possible within 30-60 days from the first notice of loss.
